Kevin Comstock
Kevin is the founder and CEO of Inva-Lift, bringing 25 years of experience in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and hands-on caregiving to the company. His unique insight into the challenges faced by EMS and caregiving professionals, combined with a deep personal experience assisting with the in-home care of his mother, led him to recognize a significant gap in the available mechanical equipment to support these vital roles.
Driven by the need for safer, more efficient solutions, Kevin set out to develop a lightweight, versatile mechanical lift chair that could be used in a wide range of environments and applications. His goal is to eliminate unnecessary caregiver injury and provide a safer, more dignified lifting model for patients and residents, ensuring both the caregiver and the individual being assisted are protected and treated with the utmost respect.
Under Kevin’s leadership, Inva-Lift is committed to improving patient and caregiver safety through innovative, easy-to-use products that prioritize comfort, mobility, and dignity. His passion for advancing medical technology and his dedication to bettering the lives of patients and caregivers alike drive the company's mission and ongoing innovation.
Brian Unger, P.E.
Brian is our co-inventor and Chief Engineer with a passion for innovation and precision, specializing in the design and development of medical devices. With years of experience in the field, Brian has dedicated his career to creating cutting-edge solutions that push the boundaries of modern technology.
Throughout his career, Brian has been instrumental in the design, development, and optimization of various medical and non-medical devices, always focusing on delivering exceptional performance and reliability. His expertise spans from conceptualizing and prototyping to refining mechanical systems, ensuring they meet the highest regulatory standards and exceed industry expectations.

Jennifer Singleton
Jennifer has a background in the Financial Banking industry with 19 years of diverse industry experience and is passionate about driving excellence through continuous learning and development. Jennifer has navigated various roles throughout her banking career and brings a wealth of expertise including customer relations, leadership, management, training, sales and compliance. Her journey has been shaped by a dedication to fostering strong team dynamics and operational efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction. Since joining the Inva-lift team Jennifer has played a key role in obtaining target market research, assisted in product development, and has attended several industry specific events successfully introducing the Inva-lift to both the US and International markets. Jennifer is passionate about raising standards in the healthcare industry and preventing injury to first responders and caregivers.
Kenny Comstock
Kenny brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for advocating on behalf of vulnerable adult populations. With a background in working with government and state agencies dedicated to ending vulnerable adult abuse and exploitation, Kenny has spent his career fighting for the rights and well-being of those who need it most. His extensive knowledge of this population, paired with his unwavering commitment to social justice, drives his mission to improve the lives of aging adults.
Kenny believes that independence is one of the most important factors for aging individuals. His vision is to provide a safe, dignified way for vulnerable and aging adults to live independently, while reducing the risks of injury to both them and the professionals who assist them, such as EMS and facility staff. Kenny’s leadership is rooted in a deep understanding of the struggles faced by vulnerable adults, and his commitment to ensuring they live with dignity, safety, and independence drives the core values of Inva-Lift.

As a US Army Veteran, Mechanic, and in-home care giver, Kevin brings a unique blend of mechanical and procedural knowledge to Inva-lift, with over 20 years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of large-scale training programs. Kevin is a highly accomplished professional specializing in creating effective, engaging training solutions with emphasis on the development and implementation of programs that maximize safety and regulatory compliance. Using his customer driven approach to innovation and problem solving, combined with his 10 years as an in-home care provider Kevin has been invaluable to product development and compliance with emphasis on creating the best possible user experience.
