About Us

At Inva-Lift—we are first responders, caregivers, and problem-solvers who have lived the consequences of unsafe lifting firsthand. Our team brings decades of real-world experience across Fire/EMS, assisted living, and in-home caregiving, including frontline emergency response, regulatory navigation, medical-device design, and hands-on care for loved ones with complex mobility needs. Veteran-owned and operated, Inva-Lift was born at the intersection of duty and necessity: after 25 years in Fire/EMS responding to countless lift-assist calls—and caring for a family member living with Alzheimer’s—we saw how outdated practices were injuring responders, exhausting caregivers, and leaving residents waiting on the floor without dignity or certainty. Lift-assist calls now represent one of the most frequent—and most injurious—tasks across both EMS and senior-care settings, accounting for a disproportionate share of musculoskeletal injuries, lost-time claims, and burnout, yet they remain one of the least modernized workflows in healthcare. We refuse to accept that reality. Guided by our mission to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with those who serve others, we design market-driven, field-validated solutions that eliminate preventable injuries without disrupting operations. Our innovations—led by the world’s first portable, high-capacity powered floor lift chair and our SAFER Lifting philosophy—are built with integrity, tested in real environments, and engineered for seamless adoption by the teams who rely on them every day. We partner directly with EMS agencies and assisted-living communities to raise standards, restore control, and replace risk with confidence—because safer lifting isn’t just about compliance or cost savings; it’s about protecting careers, preserving dignity, and ensuring that the people who care for others can go home healthy at the end of every shift. At Inva-Lift, innovation isn’t a buzzword—it’s a responsibility, and we are relentlessly committed to earning your trust through performance, partnership, and purpose.
